TheAriston apartment is located on the second floor of the recently renovated Adriano Holiday House, in a quiet location with beautiful mountain views. The décor recalls the owners' nautical past, with details and paintings that make the room look neat and quaint.
The communal staircase leads to the bright and cozy open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, dining table and sofa bed. The adjacent balcony, with table and chairs, is perfect for enjoying the view, reading in peace or ending the evening with a glass of wine.
A hallway connects the living room to the modern bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, bidet and window. The light colors and wooden floor create a warm atmosphere; the tall radiator completes the room and provides warm towels in the colder months.
Down the hall is the spacious bedroom with a double bed , closet and bedside tables. Also available to guests is a washing machine, convenient for medium to long stays.

Renovated in 2025, the Adriano vacation home with 5 vacation apartments is located in Colico, in the bay of Piona, north of Lake Como.
The location is a dream for long days at the beach and hiking in nature or around the lake. The beach of Piona Bay is 500 meters away, in the typical Italian neighborhood there are 2 restaurants, a nice Italian bar with locals and a grocery store with basic necessities, fresh bread, pastries and coffee, ideal in the morning. For those who like to walk, theColico pier can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes, and from the residence can start bicycle excursions or hiking to Monte Legnone.
Colico, at thenorthern end of Lake Como, is perfect for both those seeking seaside relaxation and active vacationers. Surrounding Piona Bay are several beaches-some sandy-idealfor sunbathing and swimming. Also popular are the natural shores near theAdda estuary, with pristine beaches and a peaceful atmosphere.
In addition to days on the water, Colico offers numerous water sports: windsurfing and kitesurfing, canoeing and stand-up paddle boarding, electric motorboats for rent, as well as bike rentals to explore the coast or push off into the Valtellina.

A deposit is due upon receipt of the booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the total cost and is determined according to the specifications of the contracting partner/owner. The balance is due on site. This will be indicated in the booking confirmation. The balance must be made by bank transfer 3 weeks prior to the start of the vacation. For reservations made on short notice from 21 days before the start of the vacation, the total price is due immediately.
