Located on the ground floor of the Adriano Holiday House, theAquarama apartment has been recently renovated and is in a quiet location, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The style is reminiscent of the owners' nautical past, visible in details, accessories and paintings that make the environment unique.
A separate entrance leads to the bright and spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, dining table and sofa bed. From the living area there is direct access to the private garden, perfect for relaxing reading or ending the evening with a glass of wine in the open air.
The adjacent hallway leads to the modern bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, bidet and window. Light colors and wood-effect flooring create a cozy atmosphere; a tall radiator completes the room and provides warm towels in the colder months.
The sleeping area includes two bedrooms with double beds , closets and bedside tables, ideal for couples or families. Also available is a washing machine, useful for medium to long stays.

The five apartments of the Adriano vacation home are spread over a total of three floors, the Adriano vacation apartment Aquarama is located on the ground floor on the lake side with a terrace area and views of the mountains of Mount Legnone. On the lake front is a small communal garden with deck chairs and garden furniture.

Renovated in 2025, the Adriano vacation home with 5 vacation apartments is located in Colico, in the bay of Piona, north of Lake Como.
The location is a dream for long days at the beach and hiking in nature or around the lake. The beach of Piona Bay is 500 meters away, in the typical Italian neighborhood there are 2 restaurants, a nice Italian bar with locals and a grocery store with basic necessities, fresh bread, pastries and coffee, ideal in the morning. For those who like to walk, theColico pier can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes, and from the residence can start bicycle excursions or hiking to Monte Legnone.
Colico, at thenorthern end of Lake Como, is perfect for both those seeking seaside relaxation and active vacationers. Surrounding Piona Bay are several beaches-some sandy-idealfor sunbathing and swimming. Also popular are the natural shores near theAdda estuary, with pristine beaches and a peaceful atmosphere.
In addition to days on the water, Colico offers numerous water sports: windsurfing and kitesurfing, canoeing and stand-up paddle boarding, electric motorboats for rent, as well as bike rentals to explore the coast or push off into the Valtellina.

A deposit is due upon receipt of the booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the total cost and is determined according to the specifications of the contracting partner/owner. The balance is due on site. This will be indicated in the booking confirmation. The balance must be made by bank transfer 3 weeks prior to the start of the vacation. For reservations made on short notice from 21 days before the start of the vacation, the total price is due immediately.
